Buying or selling, we can assist with the required legal work (conveyancing) to see your transaction through to completion. Our reasonable fees are detailed below.
If you have entered into an Agreement for Sale and Purchase, or intend doing so, simply nominate de Graaf Conveyancing Limited as your Licensed Landbrokers and ask the Land Agent to refer your copy of the contract to us. We will then contact you and begin the process.
Our offices are conveniently located in Northcote on Auckland's North Shore, close to the motorway system, however we can still act for you if you live outside of Auckland.

Our estimate for providing conveyancing services is as follows:
Sale
Our fee for a routine transaction is $675.00. This price assumes only one mortgage or financial encumbrance to be discharged and includes:
- GST
- Land Titles Office fee on Discharge of Mortgage ($50.00)
- Title searching fees (@$20.00)
Not included in this charge are:
- Agency fee charged by purchaser's Solicitor or Landbroker on Discharge (@$25.00)
- Body Corporate Secretary fees (if any)
- Bank fees for Release of Mortgage
- Charges for our time on attendances outside routine matters
- Any other costs payable to third parties
Purchase
Our fee for a routine transaction is $875.00. This assumes one mortgage and includes:
- GST
- Land Titles Office fees on registration of Transfer & Mortgage ($100.00)
- Title searching fees (@$40.00)
Not included in this charge are:
- Charges for our time on attendances outside routine matters
- Any other costs payable to third parties
Please note where agreements do not proceed because of non-fulfilment of conditions, our policy is not to charge a fee, but rather to recover any disbursements outlaid for the client eg. search fees.
