de Graaf & Company Limited was formed in 1993 by John and Bronwyn de Graaf who between them have over 40 years of search and registration experience.

The Company searches land title, company, rating valuation (formerly known as GV's) and PPSR records New Zealand wide for a range of clients including Law Firms, Registered Valuers and Land Agents. In addition we check and register land transfer documents at Land Titles Offices throughout the country.

de Graaf Conveyancing Limited commenced in 2000 as one of the first non-Lawyer conveyancing companies in New Zealand. Licensed by the Registrar-General of Land, John de Graaf offers an efficient and personal service at reasonable rates as a Landbroker (non-Lawyer conveyancer). While it is based in Northcote on Auckland's North Shore, the Company acts for clients who buy or sell property in all parts of the country.
